California Hate Group Associated with San Diego:
Golden State Skinheads

Founded in 2003, the group claims one official chapter and two probationary chapters that cover Northern, Central, and Southern California. The Golden State Skinheads are particularly active in helping to plan white power rock concerts in California. They have had close ties with the racist record label Condemned Records, as well as groups such as Northern California Ayran Volk and Volksfront. They may also have an affiliation with White Revolution, whose Internet server hosts the Golden State Skins Web site.

Beginning LABOR DAY
Seven days of action

Urge the Governor and our Legislators to Pass Real Health Care Reform That Works for All Californians

Dear San Diego Democratic Club Members and Friends:

On this Labor Day, the California Labor Federation, AFL-CIO is encouraging all Californians to weigh in for quality health care for all.

These next seven working days will be critical to all the efforts that the SDDC embarked upon when it endorsed Sheila Kuehl's single payer bill earlier this year and signed onto the SEIU's It's Our Health Care effort.

If you want to do something significant for worker's rights this week, please take a moment to contact our elected officials on the important issue of health care for all.

For more information, go to:

http://itsourhealthcareactioncenter.org/campaign/letter_to_gov

and send a letter.

You can also check the California Labor Federation's site at:

http://www.unionvoice.org/campaign/affordablehealthcare/

The following are the principles advocated by the It's Our Health Care Coalition:

1. Quality, affordable healthcare that allows all Californians to get the healthcare they need when they need it.

2. Insurance reforms to control costs and allow everyone access to quality healthcare and coverage.

3. Employers and government sharing responsibility and risk with consumers.

4. Limits on the risk and burdens placed on individual consumers and families, and protecting them from being forced to buy coverage they cannot afford and that does not cover their healthcare needs.

5. Prevention and safety efforts to help individuals get healthy and stay healthy, by providing healthy communities and choices, while not placing financial barriers to care.

6. Policies to preserve and strengthen the public hospitals, emergency rooms, and trauma centers that all Californians rely on.

7. Efforts to control costs, while protecting benefits and preventing increased financial barriers to care.

Please do what you can to help this effort THIS WEEK.

Thanks.

Alex Sachs, SDDC Legislative Advocate
